1 (8.5 ounce) bag salted kettle cooked chips
1 cup white distilled vinegar or pickle juice
2 tablespoons dried dill
1 tablespoon Kosher salt
1 teaspoon cayenne
Arrange the kettle chips in an even layer on a baking sheet and set aside.
Fill a spray bottle with white distilled vinegar and set aside.
Fill an empty pepper shaker with dried dill, salt and cayenne.
Lightly spray the chips with vinegar and season with cracks of the spices in the grinder.
